Doris Apt. 2017: Extended stay lodging for a Mayo Clinic transplant patient and family in Rochester, MN
Dear Serenity House Network,
The Michael Apartment was perfect for us! My husband, myself and all the caregivers for my husband found the Michael Apartment perfect for our needs.
We stayed here for 5 weeks and felt blessed to find comfort here which was provided by the details given by Serenity House Network to meet all of our needs. Some needs we didn’t even realize we would have.
Thank you to all the hearts and hands involved in Serenity House Network.
Brigid Apt. 2017: Fully furnished apartment for Mayo Clinic patient and family in Rochester, MN
We are SO grateful for having found this lovely home. When we were told Dave would have to stay in Rochester for 4-6 weeks so that he could go through a clinical trial for myelofibrosis, I went on the internet to search for a place to stay.
Thank heaven we found Serenity House. The Brigid apartment was the perfect place for us. We felt so welcomed and all the gifts and discounts were an added treat. We became familiar with the area and enjoyed riding around sight-seeing. But mostly we enjoyed coming “home” after a long day at Mayo. This did become home to us – so comfortable and cozy. It had everything to make our stay an enjoyable one.
I will recommend “Serenity House” to everyone who needs a place to stay while at Mayo.
Thank you and God bless you,
City View Sanctuary 2017: Fully furnished apartment for a Mayo Clinic patient and family in Rochester, MN
This was a great place to be and so convenient to Mayo Clinic.
Thank you for the hospitality and kindness. Thank you for sitting and talking to us. All of the recommendations were great. Canadian Honker was our lunch today and it was excellent! Thank you for fixing the blinds so quickly. That was helpful too!
God has been very good to us and given us help and answers. And Easter Day was a beautiful day. The only sun we had all week was on Resurrection Day, and today! We leave tomorrow.
Everyone here has been wonderful to us. May God continue to bless all you do.

We would like to say “Thank you” to Greg and June Ann for making our stay in Rochester and with Serenity House Network relaxing and comfortable. It was a blessing to have a “home” to stay in during our difficult time. Not only did we get a home to stay in, but also received such wonderful support from SHN staff, June Ann & Greg.
We would definitely call SHN again if we ever need a place to stay and have recommended it to many other patients and their families.
Thanks again for your prayers, services and emotional support.
God bless,
Cliffy Apt. 2017: Short-term housing for a Mayo Clinic patient and family in Rochester, MN
My husband and I contacted Serenity House Network in preparation for his surgery in Rochester. Very few things went as planned for our journey but SHN was the constant in our lives. They supported us whenever our needs changed.
While I was there on my own, I appreciated the extreme cleanliness, the homey comfort, the security and the quiet, residential setting.
I would highly recommend the Serenity House Network to anyone who is anticipating a critical health journey in Rochester. They were definitely our saving grace.

Thank you doesn’t cover how grateful we are for what you do! An oasis away from tubes & tests and to rest. The peacefulness. Thank you.
Baptist Hospitality House 2017: Extended housing in Rochester, MN for a proton beam patient and family
We came here to stay while our son received proton beam therapy for a brain tumor. It was great to have a house to make our home while in Rochester. We basically had everything we needed away from our own home in Nebraska. We loved having a room for our family members to come visit on the weekends. Feeling blessed to have found this home.

Julianna Apt. 2017: Long-term housing for a Mayo Clinic transplant patient and family
My husband, Larry, had a stem cell transplant for AML (acute myeloid leukemia) on January 20th. His brother was a full match, so Larry and his brother Bruce moved into Julianna on January 4th to be at Mayo Clinic for preliminaries and harvesting. I arrived on the 13th. And then Bruce left on the 16th. It was so nice to have a “home” for all of us.
Blessings to all of you at Serenity House Network.
Sierra Apt. 2017: Extended stay for a transplant patient in Rochester, MN
This was a perfect set up to have during the transplant and recovery. Everyone was comfortable and had room to move and sleep and eat without always having to make accommodations for each other. I am very lucky to only be here a month but it would have been a good place if I had needed longer.
The home made life seem more normal. Any other living situation would have added to the stress level for myself, family, and caregivers.
It was wonderful not to have to worry about this piece of the picture. Anything that makes this process easier is good.
Thank you,
