(Q): Is this property inspected and licensed?

(A): At SHN, 19 of our units hold active Medical Lodging Licenses issued by the Olmsted County Public Health Department. Two of our units hold active Rental Certificates issued by the Rochester Building Safety Department.

(Q): Who can rent this property or other units in the property?

(A): At SHN, our units are available exclusively to patients, their families and caregivers. This helps promote a quiet, healing atmosphere for all our guests.

(Q): What other things ae important for patients lodging?

(A):  1) Cleanliness: At SHN, all of our units are cleaned using the products and guidelines required by the Olmsted County Public Health Department for patient lodging. All of our units are non-smoking and no pets to further promote maximum cleanliness.

2) Property Maintenance Provided for you: At SHN, all of our units include lawn care, snow removal and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
