What a wonderful place and organization. Greg could not be any easier to work with and Rebecca is wonderful. Daily trips to Methodist hospital were so easy to get to from here. What a wonderful place to come home to every night. Love the neighborhood. Easy walking for daily steps. Serenity House Network and all its staff are a gift from God.

I (Jan Moat) stayed here at Shannon’s Place after my liver transplant. My husband Scott and my daughter also stayed here. They moved in a few days before I was released from the hospital. I was grateful to hear how well things were going with the Serenity House Network home. For Thanksgiving we received a pie and then SHN brought over a Christmas tree.

When I finally arrived here it was nice to have our own house with privacy and space. SHN even shoveled the driveway when it snowed.

Thanks again for having a place like this where you feel like you have a home away from home.

Serenity House Network was such a blessing for us. We are so appreciative for the Cliffy apartment during our 5 week stay. The apartment gave us a feeling of home. We will contact SHN again should our follow up appointments need a lengthy stay.

We researched several options for our extended stay in Rochester during Barb’s cancer treatment. When we looked into Serenity House Network we struck gold! There were several appealing options but we were drawn to the Julianna apartment. A phone call was made and the apartment was available! We couldn’t have been more pleased with the comfort and convenience of the Julianna apartment. Our thanks to the SHN staff for working to extend our reservation for an extra week. My daughter was the hero in my kidney transplant. She was my living donor and so very brave.

Our stay was very comfortable and the location was ideal. We had family and friends visit us while here. They all commented on the cleanliness of Twin Pines. The recliner in the living room helped in my recovery.

We’ve been here since October 12th, 2021. Mike had a stem cell transplant for multiple myeloma at Mayo Clinic. We had trips to Mayo everyday and for a while there were 2 visits a day. The transplant was successful and we are able to go home November 5th.

We are grateful for Serenity House Network and the nice homes they provide for Mayo patients. Our Quincy apartment was comfortable and fully equipped so we didn’t have to bring much for house supplies. The neighborhood is nice for walking and quiet when you need to rest. Its nice to have your own home away from home which also included a garage. The entire SHN staff was very helpful when we needed to change the dates and home we rented. Quincy apartment is close to Mayo so the driving was easy.

Thank you to Serenity House Network for your service. We stayed here in 2017 when my husband had his bone marrow transplant and now again for his Car-T transplant. We wish the best for all other patients. I would recommend others to stay with SHN.
