Annie’s Patient Hospitality House is a fourplex that was newly remodeled for patients in May 2016. Each apartment has new appliances, new hardwood floors, king-sized beds, Queen sleep sofas, & (2) Smart TVs. Each also has its own AC/heat control for optimal comfort. Annie’s also provides free laundry, and a library of books, games and puzzles for guest use. Annie’s has a wheelchair ramp into the building granting easy access into the main floor apartments, Cliffy & Doris, which include power lift recliners and low-threshold showers with repositionable shower chairs. The William & Mae apartments are on the second floor. Annie’s is just a 10-minute drive to Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s Hospital. It’s conveniently located in a residential neighborhood just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and is on the city bus line.
William is a second floor fully furnished apartment with patient-friendly features including a new comfortable recliner, hand-held shower heads, shower grab bars, and shower chair (available upon request). Kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a King bed with its own flat-screen TV. Additional sleeping space can be found on the living room sofa’s high-quality Queen hide-a-bed. One detached garage stall with remote included.

William Apt. 2019: Fully Furnished Apartment For Mayo Clinic Patient And Family In Rochester, MN
Coming to Mayo in Rochester was one of the hardest things in my life. I had to leave my 3 children and husband for 10 days, the longest ever. However, Greg and our “house mother” have made this one of the easiest transitions ever. Greg met us here and was so kind and helpful. Our “house mother” delivered bread and a sweet note.
My sister and I knew we were here at Serenity House Network by God’s will when we saw items referencing Him everywhere in our apartment. As fearful as I have been, I found such a peace here. Two of my most favorite verses and motto’s were actually located on two decorative pieces in the apartment. I’ve never seen them on anything before. (I’ve shared them below)
I’m praying over this apartment that all who come here find peace, answers and understanding. God Bless you all.
