Annie’s Patient Hospitality House is a fourplex that was newly remodeled for patients in May 2016. Each apartment has new appliances, new hardwood floors, king-sized beds, Queen sleep sofas, & (2) Smart TVs. Each also has its own AC/heat control for optimal comfort. Annie’s also provides free laundry, and a library of books, games, and puzzles for guest use. Annie’s has a wheelchair ramp into the building granting easy access into the main floor apartments, Cliffy & Doris, which include power lift recliners and low-threshold showers with repositionable shower chairs. The William & Mae apartments are on the second floor. Annie’s is just a 10-minute drive to Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s Hospital. It’s conveniently located in a residential neighborhood just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and is on the city bus line.
Mae is a second floor fully furnished apartment with patient-friendly features including a new comfortable recliner, hand-held shower heads, shower grab bars, and shower chair (available upon request). Kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a King bed with its own flat-screen TV. Additional sleeping space can be found on the living room sofa’s high-quality Queen hide-a-bed. One detached garage stall with remote included.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Serenity House Network. So very friendly and down to earth. Love the Christian foundation it stands on. Mae’s Apartment was so warm and cozy during the cold weather. Such a nice, close apartment to come back to after going to appointments every day while we were here for my husband’s stem cell transplant. Greg was correct when he said we would be here for 5 weeks after the transplant using my husband’s own cells. The wonderful cinnamon chip bread was so welcoming at the beginning of our stay and Nicole, the House Mom (SHN Volunteer), was so thoughtful checking in on us and sending warm thoughts and healing prayers. Thank you all so much for being so kind and caring. It’s calming to know you are here for the families that need to come to Rochester and the Mayo Hospital. Hoping to not have to come back but we will definitely be calling on you if we need to make a stay again! Thanks again, Prayers of Gratitude,
