We couldn’t have made it without Serenity House Network. It was everything you could ask for and more. It was nicer and more relaxing than staying other places. If you have to stay anywhere while your out of town for weeks, this is the place. My husband didn’t think he could do the radiation treatment but having this wonderful place to stay made it bearable, and here we are at the end.

The Serenity House Network sure felt like a home away from home! So accommodating and peaceful. Just what we needed for our 3 month stay for a bone marrow transplant. Thank you so much!

We came to the Mayo Clinic so that I could have both native kidneys removed and a living donor transplant from my brother. We live in New England. I am from Connecticut and my brother lives in Vermont. Serenity House Network was the perfect solution for our housing needs as we both recovered. The house was big enough to allow us our own private areas if needed but also allowed us to be together and encourage each others progress. Luckily we each liked a different recliner so there wasn’t any competition there!

The house has been perfect. The neighborhood is great for walking. Everyday there was a different goal as we started to feel better.

We also did a few “field trips” during the recovery process. We walked some trails at Quarry Hill Nature Center and visited the Veterans Memorial Park in downtown Rochester. It was lovely. When my kids came out to visit we brought a picnic lunch to Cascade Lake and trails. While there they explored the playscape and beach. That too was lovely.

Thank you SHN for making us feel so comfortable during this amazing experience. It was great to have the full kitchen and laundry at our disposal. We feel truly blessed to be on this side of our journey. Thank you for making this possible.

Thank you Serenity House Network and Brent and Yvette for the use of your home during my husbands recovery. It was so nice to have a home to stay in instead of a hotel. Our family had a place to stay with us when they came to visit. The grandkids really enjoyed it here.

We were close to appointments when we had to go everyday. Soldiers Field was a close place for us to walk. The kids enjoyed the nearby park.

Thank you for the cinnamon bread and blanket. Everything was very much appreciated.

We were so blessed to stay with Serenity House Network for most of this summer. Greg and his team are so incredibly kind. Such a comfort to have a safe space during such an uncertain time. Would love to stay here again if we ever needed to come back. Thank you!

We are grateful for this quiet, comfortable home to stay in during my husbands testing and cancer treatment this week. We have been to Mayo Clinic multiple times in the past 20 plus years and have always stayed in hotels. Serenity House Network was a welcome change! So great to have a kitchen, living room, and the comforts of home. Thank you!

I am a lady of few words but I have to tell everyone about the wonderful experience we had staying with Serenity House Network. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was very clean, decorated beautifully, and was stocked with everything we needed.

SHN turned a trying time into a lovely peaceful experience. We felt like it was a home away from home. I would recommend staying at this lovely apartment.

We rented this apartment with Serenity House Network to use for follow up appointments after a heart transplant.

The decor is very warm and welcoming. To our surprise at least 2 of the oil paintings were donations from my mom who lived in Rochester years ago. Seeing those paintings and a cardinal the first day made this feel like our home away from home and it truly felt like this is where we were meant to be.
