Evy’s House is private home located in a quiet, residential neighborhood a few minutes drive from Mayo Clinic. This fully-furnished home is all main-floor living aside from the additional half-bathroom that’s located in the basement. In addition to the living room, eat-in kitchen, and bedrooms, there is also a laundry room on the main floor with a small office space. Two detached garage stalls with remotes are included.

Evy’s House 2025: Fully Furnished Home For Mayo Clinic Stem Cell Transplant Patient And Family In Rochester, MN
We were really blessed to have Evy’s house to stay in while my husband went through his stem cell transplant. It was so amazing and wonderful to come back to a home (home away from home) after his daily appointments. Evy’s is conveniently located to Mayo; an 8 minute drive. Its close to shopping, Hy Vee, and restaurants. I truly believed having such a comfortable , clean, relaxing home that was in a nice neighborhood to take walks, helped my husband through his healing.
