Sunny Place Cottage is a side-by-side duplex comprised of the James apartment and the Julianna apartment. Julianna is a private, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. Julianna offers main-floor living and has an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large living room with flat-screen TV, 2 recliners, hide-a-bed, a full bath, computer alcove and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has 1 Queen bed and an additional flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has 1 Full bed. Julianna shares the laundry area and 4-season porch with the James Apartment. Julianna’s outdoor space contains Adirondack chairs and a small patio area.

We were blessed to find the Serenity House Network. It was a perfect fit for us. Being able to have room for our family to stay with us was such a plus. The short distance to the Mayo Clinic and the hospitals worked out so well. All the goodies and the Christmas tree were such welcome surprises! We’ll never forget the kindness and thoughtfulness!
