Sunny Place Cottage is a side-by-side duplex comprised of the James apartment and the Julianna apartment. James is a 2-story, private, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. On the main level is a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and snack bar, a living room with flat-screen TV and recliner, the master bedroom with 1 Queen bed, a full bath, and a dining room with sliding doors onto the private deck and fenced-in yard. The upstairs has a large loft with 2 Queen beds and an additional flat-screen TV. James shares the laundry area and 4-season porch with the Julianna Apartment.

James Apt. 2023: Fully Furnished Apartment For Mayo Clinic Radiation Patient And Family In Rochester, MN
We feel so blessed to have been put in touch with the caring, welcoming group at the Serenity House Network. My sister Jane spent several weeks undergoing radiation treatments at Mayo Clinic oncology department. With just several days notice we needed a place to call a temporary home and the wonderful James apartment fit our needs perfectly. What made this so special were the people we came in contact with from Serenity House. From the time we arrived they truly were there to answer any questions about Rochester and made us feel welcome each time we returned from treatments and would walk passed the office to get to our apartment. The difference here is the people. They were professional yet making each of us feel that they truly do care about her and her needs and asking what they could do to make this difficult journey better.
Should we come across anyone else needing to spend extended time at Mayo Clinic, SHN would be our number one recommendation. Special thanks to Greg, June Ann and Denise. You have all been wonderful and so pleasant during our time here. Blessings to all of you and your families as well. We were honored to get to know a bit about each of you and will always remember your kindness and prayers. You have become a special part of Jane’s journey and we are thankful for everything.
