Henry House is a side-by-side duplex with two identical apartments, Lillian and Lottie, that were completely remodeled in 2016. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a convenient 5-minute drive to Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s Hospital.
The Lottie Apartment is fully furnished and all main-floor living aside from the laundry that’s located in the basement. The full-sized washer & dryer set is free of charge. The master bedroom has its own TV. The updated kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. One detached garage stall with remote included.

Lottie Apt 2016: The comfort of a real home for a Mayo patient and their family
We feel so fortunate that we were able to stay at a Serenity House Network home during the week my parents were consulting at Mayo Clinic. It was a pleasure to go back to a real home after each day of appointments at Mayo.
