Henry House is a side-by-side duplex with two identical apartments, Lillian and Lottie, that were completely remodeled in 2016. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a convenient 10-minute drive to Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s Hospital.
The Lillian Apartment is fully furnished and all main-floor living aside from the laundry that’s located in the basement. The full-sized washer & dryer set is free of charge. The master bedroom has its own TV. The updated kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. One detached garage stall with remote included.

Lillian Apt. 2017: Transplant lodging for a Mayo Clinic patient and family in Rochester, MN
We are thankful for Serenity House Network. After touring the transplant house, we knew that was not the place for us. We wanted our own private space and a 2 bedroom unit to allow visitors to come and stay overnight. The Henry House Lillian Apartment was perfect – homey, clean, quiet neighborhood and close to Mayo Clinic.
Greg is so easy to work with. Love his sense of humor. When we asked about the grill and DVD player, he responded immediately. Grass was mowed every week.
Serenity House Network made our stay in Rochester a much more manageable experience, but we are looking forward to going home today to our own bed. We appreciate Greg suggesting that we only reserve 5 weeks, because now we are going home after 4 1/2 weeks.
