The Alwood House is a side-by-side duplex comprised of the Scott apartment and the Cathy apartment. The Scott Apartment is a main-level, fully furnished apartment just a short drive to Mayo Clinic & St. Mary’s Hospital. There’s an eat-in kitchen, and a living room with a recliner, flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an additional flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a full size bed and desk area. Recent updates include new siding in 2025. The Scott Apartment also includes free full-size laundry inside the unit. One detached garage stall with remote included.

We have been immensely grateful to have Scott apartment for our lodging the past 62 nights! I came for breast surgery and radiation treatments on Febrauary 19th. I have had a total of 5 caregivers over the weeks. Today I’m going home to see my 26 year old son and my dog Wally. Thanks again!
